Our team

The management team of Café Kronberger consists of two passionate pastry chefs.

The brothers Stefan and Johannes Gruber learnt the art of baking from scratch in their parents bakery and pastry shop “Holzland Bäckerei & Konditorei”.

From there they set out to explore the world of desserts, sugar creations, pâstisserie, ice cream, confectionery specialities and savoury delights, where they received many awards.

We would like to thank the following people who are the most important people in this group, without them the whole operation would not run in a perfect circled way.
